I enjoyed the location and the staff were helpful and very polite. I would recommend people that I know to visit this Hampton Inn because of excellent customer service. I enjoyed my stay so I stayed a couple more days. Entire staff deserves a raise.

The breakfast was good. they were good options and a nice variety. I think this is definitely a value add. and the facility was kept very clean. The orange juice, was actually water and some flavor ing that was added im not quite sure if the machine was full, but other than that it was pretty good. Everything was passable. the room was clean, not EXTREMELY but i felt like it was a clean location. there were some messes here and there around the hotel, nothing crazy, but usually it was in the room where the ice was. but other than that it was a very acceptable accomodation.

I enjoyed the staff. There was a tall black gentleman with a beard, he was very friendly. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was also very quiet. I really liked the location, it's in a good spot with it being close to the University of Memphis yet also close to midtown/downtown area.
